Meet The Owner Joe Garcia It all started when Joe was working for a local real estate investor. He had to know how he was able to purchase so many houses. He quickly learned about passive income through rental property and was instantly hooked on real estate. Joe started as an individual agent but was quickly thrown to the wolves by joining a Top Producing Team. Together with that team there were many victories as well as lessons learned. With a decade plus of construction experience, Joe is able to inform his clients about any potential issues that may come up.

She has sat on the board of multiple community organizations and currently serves as an advisory board member for The Greater Houston Partnership. For over 20 years, she has coordinated events and activities for various organizations and supports multiple initiatives to educate, elevate, and empower women entrepreneurs.
