Clay entered residential real estate sales from a long career in restaurant management. “As a manager, I learned to work long, hard hours to get the job done. Like real estate sales, the restaurant business is multi-faceted, fast-paced and sometimes challenging. I developed the capacity to manage more than one situation at a time.”
Clients at all price levels and in many neighborhoods make Clay their Realtor of choice. They describe him as a consummate professional who really listens, and they have the utmost confidence in his ability to represent their interests.
Clay’s community commitments include the Alvin Chamber of Commerce, Alvin Lions Club, Anson Jones Masonic Lodge in Friendswood, the PTO at his children’s schools, and supporting projects at his church. When not working, he loves spending time with his wife, four children and three dogs, and finding time for golf and swimming.
With a degree in criminology and a strong background in law enforcement and business, Lawrence has an inside track as to what makes people tick. Using the insight and persistence he’s developed in the law enforcement field, Lawrence is results-driven and passionate about protecting his client’s interests.

Kristin earned her degree in Communications at Louisiana State University. After receiving her degree, Kristin worked in the oil and gas industry before joining forces with Chasestone Realty in 2013 and beginning her real estate career.
As a designated Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Kristin helps buyers and sellers in every stage of their lives from first-time home buyers to empty nesters. When not working, Kristin enjoys volunteering at her church and kids' elementary school, cooking and entertaining, home decorating, being active, going to the family ranch & taking in Houston's culinary experiences.
