I grew up in Bellaire and west Houston and I have lived in: The Galleria, Oak Forest, Spring, Katy and now in Missouri City. I have a wonderful wife who keeps me eating healthy from the local organic co-op, and three children that keep me entertained. I love to spend time with my family, cook, and play golf in my spare time.

Bailey is a native of the Greater Houston area and has resided in Fort Bend County for nearly 30 years, she is a graduate of Lawrence E. Elkins High School in Missouri City, TX. She also earned her Bachelor's in Marketing and Master's of Business Administration from Houston Christian University. Bailey was a member of both the Indoor and Beach Volleyball teams at Houston Christian University, served as team captain, and earned All-Conference accolades during her time as a collegiate athlete.

After working in Renewable Energy Recruitment after college, she decided that a career in real estate was her passion.
