Bridget was born and raised in the Houston area and has lived and worked in surrounding areas most of her life. This has given her the chance to become very familiar with several areas and get to know many people as friends and business owners.

What she enjoys most about being a Realtor is being able to help people; whether it be helping them find the perfect home or selling/leasing their home. Before she became a Realtor in 2011 (and for years after), she worked for a vacation rental and property management company in Galveston for several years. For the company, she played every role at one time or another, including taking on new vacation rental properties all over the island, taking property photos and listing the properties online for rentals, working with owners to make sure their properties were generating a satisfactory ROI while being marketed efficiently, attending Chamber of Commerce events to educate herself further about the industry, everything property management related, leasing unfurnished long-term rentals and many other tasks. This experience alone gave her an extensive knowledge of marketing, property management, Galveston island itself, vacation rentals and more! This has been very helpful to her when helping her clients in every aspect of real estate.

Bridget is happily married to her husband, David, who is eager to learn more about the real estate investing side of the business along with her. They have been blessed with 3 children and as a family enjoy fishing, being on the water, traveling and spending time with other family and friends.

When my journey as a Realtor began back in 2005 I decided to utilize my background in Construction to understand what my clients should expect in a home. I sell Residential homes, Rural homes, Ranches, Country homes and raw land in Alvin, Angleton, Danbury, Manvel, Pearland, Rosharon and Santa Fe so I understand that buying a home, farm, ranch or land can be very stressful. As the Broker/Owner of Gulf Coast Properties & GCP Commercial, Cameron Crouch has over 19 years of experience in the real estate business. Cameron received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate in 2004 from Baylor University. Cameron grew up in Friendswood, TX and still resides there with his wife and two daughters. He and his wife, Katy, work together to take on day-to-day tasks in the office and do residential sales together. Katy Crouch has worked in and around real estate for about 18 years as well, while obtaining her salesperson license almost 13 years ago.

In the most recent years, Cameron has shown a great presence in the commercial industry. His strong negotiating skills, persistence, and desire to please his clients have led him to take on great things in the commercial side of real estate. He has built great working relationships with a multitude of large companies and is known to some local realtors and lawyers as "the commercial broker" in town.

His recent tasks have included strategically acquiring large tracts of land for a large company for future development, leasing out multiple office and retail spaces and some managing of tenants, selling odd-ball commercial properties and finding buyers for the highest and best use. He has worked with many other business' to help them expand on new levels.

Cameron has been featured in the Houston Chronicle Business section Deal Of The Week not once, but twice now. Once from representing a large engineering company serving the oil and gas pipeline industry to acquire a new building for their new headquarters in 2016. In 2017, he was featured with the owners of Big Horn BBQ for their acquisition of land for their second location in Manvel, TX.

When Cameron is not working, he loves spending time with his family, going to the lake, skiing in Colorado, and has a passion for airplanes as he used to be a commercial airline pilot.

My Husband Jim, who retired as a Sgt. with the Houston Police Dept. after serving 27 years of honorable service. We have 3 children, James Jr. who graduated from the United States Naval Academy and is now serving as Commander in the naval reserves while working as a pilot in the training division of Southwest Airlines. Our son Jarred is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Masters in Education. He teaches Geograpy and is a Baseball/Football coach in the Conroe ISD. Our daughter Maegan who graduated from Sam Houston State University is also a teacher and has recently completed her Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. We are also the proud grandparents of 5 boys, one girl,4 grand dogs and our little Yorkie Poo Sophie.
we love to watch our grandchildren play sports and are Avid Astro fans.

I became a real estate agent after a personal home buying experience went haywire. After buying my first home, expecting to move in, I found out that my home had been broken into and all the copper wire was stolen. Unfortunately, our Realtor had missed a major step: the final walkthrough. With no electricity, no A/C and no other place to go, my amazing husband worked tirelessly on our house for 3 months (plus thousands more dollars) to be able to finally move in.
