Must be citizens, eligible legal immigrants or legal residents.
Must have continuous, satisfactory employment history for past six months.
Property must be located within the City of Dallas.
Property must appraise for at least 100% of sales price.
Have sufficient cash resources after closing of at least 2 times their total monthly payment, including principal, interest, taxes, insurance and any association fees.
Must secure a fixed rate first mortgage from a private lender.
Must pass a "Minimum Housing Standard (MHS) Inspection
Must have continuous, satisfactory employment history for past six months.
Property must be located within the City of Dallas.
Property must appraise for at least 100% of sales price.
