Cesar Guerra is without doubt, among the top realtors I have had the opportunity to work with in my career. His professionalism, depth of knowledge, and understanding of the markets is without challenge. The time Ces spent to understand my needs, then to find those options using the current technology are clearly why he enjoys his rating as a top realtor. I have absolutely no reservation referring Ces to any friend or acquaintance as the realtor they must contact to insure they have made the correct decision.

Ces is thee best realtor in Houston! He works his tail off for every single client and never stops until he’s sold your home or found the perfect home for you. I honestly don’t know anyone who works harder than him or has more grit in all areas of his life.

The office is beautiful and elegant! I am interning with Cesar Guerra and he is one the most kind and humble men you could ever meet. He welcomes you with open arms and is experienced in his field of craft which is residential real estate. The most important piece is that treats everyone nice and with respect. He works diligently to get the results desired by clients. Overall Cesar is an outstanding individual and a pleasure to work with and be around!

I have worked with Ces on a few things over the past year or so and I have been so impressed- and I am picky!! He is enthusiastic and eager to please and quick to act on any question I had. He would research it and get back to me in a timely manner. Most brokers/agents just simply say, “Hmmm I don’t know about that…” and say they will follow through but they drop the ball from there. He really wants to make his clients feel nurtured and cared for.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ces to secure a rental townhome in the Spring Branch area. We knew that we were in good hands as soon as we interacted with Ces for the first time, he was happy to show us the home and never hesitated to assist us throughout the application process. He went above and beyond to maintain an open line of communication, overall making the whole process seamless for all parties. 5/5!! We would recommend Ces to anyone!
