Growing up in Houston Heights cultivated my appreciation for diversity. After graduating from John H. Reagan High School, I launched into a corporate career in Downtown Houston, refining my communication and negotiation skills I've practiced for over 30 years. This background has molded me into a fearless professional dedicated to ensuring my real estate clients always succeed.
Introduced to real estate in the late '90s by occasionally lending a hand at a title company and setting up a land surveyor's office for my husband. My passion for the industry grew after personally buying and selling my own homes, leading me to become a Texas REALTOR®.
Relocating to the Montgomery/Waller County area early 2000's to pursue my passion for horses in competition and event production, I organized major barrel racing and equestrian trade shows in Southeast Texas. With lifelong involvement in the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, as a Committeeman, horse owner, competitor, and a two-time Top Ten AQHA World Championship Pole Bending awardee, I consider myself a champion both in and out of the arena.
In 2017, I began an in-depth knowledge of how estate planning/probate and real estate work together as I served as the Client Services Coordinator for an estate planning law firm. Connecting the law firm with the Texas Real Estate Commission, the firm became a CE Course Provider for which I still to this day facilitate classes and events for REALTORS® and resource partners, providing guidance on Real Property, Probate and Trust-related real estate issues.
In 2023, I became an Empty Nester, bidding farewell to 20 years of volunteer service for our local schools and youth sports. Adjusting to my youngest kid going to college and supporting my oldest kid traveling the world serving our U.S. NAVY, I embraced a new role. I channeled my enthusiasm for educating others in my profession by becoming a real estate Mentor and Coach which is creating endless Win/Win outcomes.
Motivated by a legacy-driven ambition, I acquired my Broker's license. In January 2024, I launched BIERMAN REALTY, alongside a training initiative for all levels of real estate agents.
