Profile/Bio Welcome to a different world of handling your real estate needs. Through my 20 years of experience you will find someone who is very knowledgeable, honest, hard working and flexible. My clients find their experiences with me to be of the highest level and therefore use my services for a lifetime. Your experience with me will be a pleasant simplified but yet aggressive and productive in your best interests. My clients ask me to go to other places in the state of Texas if need be, to travel with their real estate needs. I asked one client why they wanted me to do this, and the told me that they did not want anyone else to put their eyes on their investment, nor did they want anyone else to negotiate their transaction. I have never had to advertise for my business and usually work through "word of mouth". None of the homes I have represented with my clients, none of them....have flooded with my clients in them. I have been in the area for 45 years and have seen many floods. I was asked by the City of Pearland to be a community volunteer for the Army Corp of Engineers for community input. I have served on the Parks Board for the City, 20/20 Leadership committee for future development. I have been a M.U.D. Board president for 20+ years for Brazoria County#24. I along with 7 others established "The Tree's for Pearland", which is why there are tree's along all the roadways for the beautification of our communities. I have really been blessed with a wonderful community of selfless leaders to work with. I have really been blessed to have to many wonderful clients who end up becoming good friends. Byron has been a licensed Realtor for over 25 years with a strong background in sales, engineering, math and mortgage loans. Currently serving greater Houston, Clear Lake, League City, Friendswood and most of Galveston county.

Sachin was born and educated in India, where he earned degrees in business, commerce and accounting. For fourteen years, he was responsible for exploring and developing new global markets for Filte SPA, an Italian textile company. As their Director of Marketing and Sales, Sachin traveled extensively to Europe, Southeast Asia, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Middle East.

In 2001, Sachin and his family settled permanently in the United States. As a financial and management consultant for small businesses, Sachin restructured numerous companies facing bankruptcy and managed businesses during hostile takeovers and mergers. As a small business owner himself, he owned and operated a chain of fast-food restaurants.

Sachin began his real estate career as a property manager for a portfolio of 120 real estate properties. He has since expanded from managing and leasing to real estate sales.

Sachin and his wife, Daisy, own the Monart School of Art in the Bellaire/West U area.

Shortly after receiving my degree in Process Technology and working in the field for a few years I realized that I had focused on the wrong things. Money was the driving factor for choosing my career and it is one of the mistakes I'm most grateful for. After reflecting on what I could do to change my career I reminisced to a time where I was truly happy at a job. That's when sales came to mind, I remember how I enjoyed interacting with people, studying their body language, and the science of communicating. I worked at home depot for 6+ years on the sales floor in both flooring and garden, and what I enjoyed most was the feeling of accomplishment whenever I would complete a sale and give the customer great service. This is more than a career to me, it's my thing, that's a language only a few understand. I always told those who questioned my transition between careers that I just want a career that would make me excited to wake up on a Monday morning. I'm so excited I started a career in Real Estate because it has given me the freedom to make my own choices and the opportunity to be happy.
