“Rebecca was top notch in selling my house. As a new realtor, if she did not know something, she was quick to let me know she did not know and would find the answer. The answer always came quickly, too. I would recommend anyone to Rebecca to sell or rent their property. She has great attention to detail, not afraid to ask questions and not afraid to stand up for her client. While my expectations were different than the market allowed, my house still sold in under 90 days and Rebecca stayed hopeful and positive throughout the process. Once a contract was received and settled on, the process of negotiations were smooth sailing. I could not have asked for better in the end. If there is anything I would add as constructive criticism, is that I was not overly excited about her sign in the yard and the lettering. It was an all white sign with fancy/cursive black lettering. It made it hard to read from the road (even though the sign was large). This is mostly opinion, but I struggled with the sign having anything on it to draw you to my house being for sale. Simple and something to draw the eye. As a friend, I am excited for Rebecca's future in this business. She has the personality and communication style to be successful. I am extremely grateful for her support in the process and I do not regret the decision to partner with her in selling my house.”
