Teri is FABULOUS to work with! I was on the fence of whether or not to buy or build my starter home. I ended up building and she was an amazing advocate alongside the building process. She knew my "wants" and made sure they happened, and was readily available anytime I had questions. She helped with all of the "fine print" with being a first time home owner as well. Highly, highly recommend her as a realtor!

We have used Teri with buying and selling multiple homes. The process has always been smooth and she proactively communicates the entire time. She also provided us key advice that expedited the sell of our last home. I can't say enough good things about her as a realtor and a human being.

Terri was always very approachable and available to answer any questions or concerns my husband and I had on buying and selling our properties. She is always straight forward and truly listens to what we were looking for along with providing the most accurate information. If we ever need any real-estate information or advice we would definitely consider her first and foremost. We have recommended her highly to other friends, who have utilized her services.

Teri is the best of the best! She has such an extensive knowledge of the industry and in this area that is simply invaluable. Teri sets the bar with professionalism and responsiveness. She provides a personal experience with each transaction, and we will continue to use her for any transactions we make. 10/10 recommend!!
