Kim has been married to her husband Lynn for 31 years and is the mother of 2 boys, both of which attended The Woodlands Christian Academy and then the University of Houston. She now resides on Lake Conroe where her weekends consist of relaxing on her boat or at home watching the Astros, Texans or Rockets with her husband, Great Dane and Mini Doxie.

About Marion:
Marion Franke grew up in Irving, TX with insight on the importance of family and dreams. With her love for helping others achieve their goals, she went on to major in elementary education at North Texas State University. She was later introduced to successful Realtor Joy Riley, who encouraged Marion to get her real estate license. In 1988 Marion moved to Montgomery County determined to start her own business and later joined Keller Williams Realty Conroe/Lake Conroe in 1995. Eventually Marion's team grew enough to fulfill one of her Real Estate dreams and in 2010, Marion opened her own Real Estate Brokerage!
